This form serves as my booking inquiry and allows me to learn more about your project before extending an appointment offer.
Please Read Before Submitting
As I continue returning to tattooing following a major injury and surgical recovery to both hands, I am intentionally working with limited availability and a slower, more sustainable pace while rebuilding strength, endurance, and mobility.
For this reason, I am currently prioritizing aligned projects, flexible scheduling, and clients who understand that healing is a collaborative process for both artist and client alike.
Please review the following before submitting your inquiry:
I schedule one tattoo session per day to support a safe, sustainable return to work.
My minimum appointment is 1 hour at $200/hour. Rates are firm and non-negotiable.
I work intentionally and never rush the tattooing process. Larger, more detailed, or physically demanding projects may require multiple appointments, and I cannot guarantee completion in a single session.
Clients traveling from out of town must be willing and prepared to return for additional sessions if necessary.
To ensure the highest quality outcome, I may recommend adjustments to the size, placement, or design of a project. These artistic decisions are made at my professional discretion.
Priority is given to projects that align with my illustrative color and blackwork style, as well as clients who value creative collaboration and artistic trust.
Flexibility, kindness, patience, and clear communication are deeply appreciated as I continue navigating this stage of recovery.
Appointment Retainers
If your project is accepted and an appointment is offered, a $110 nonrefundable Appointment Retainer will be required before your appointment is scheduled.
The Appointment Retainer is not a deposit and is not payment for tattoo services. It compensates for consultation, communication, scheduling, project planning, administrative preparation, payment processing, and reserving exclusive appointment time.
Upon successful fulfillment of the Appointment Retainer Agreement, a $100 Retainer Credit will be applied toward your original and mutually agreed-upon tattoo project.
Appointment Retainers are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The complete terms governing Appointment Retainers are contained within the Appointment Retainer Agreement, which will be provided with every Appointment Offer email.
Submission of an Appointment Retainer constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Appointment Retainer Agreement in effect at the time payment is received.
