DEPOSIT POLICY
-
For single tattoo sessions, there is a required $100-200 deposit to confirm your appointment, depending on the request.

(There is a separate technology and processing fee for each deposit.)

All deposits are applied directly to the final balance of your tattoo. If the work spans over several appointment sessions, it will be applied to the balance of the final session only.

Deposits are Non-Refundable.
-
Deposits are Non-Transferrable. They cannot be given to another person, or applied towards a different tattoo design concept.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. You may reschedule your appointment one time for free. After that, there will be a charge of an additional $50 Rescheduling fee, which may be deducted from your deposit.

For Rescheduling, the original deposit expires 90 days from date of original payment.

The price estimate window you were given was not an exact price quote. The price could be more or less, depending on the final size, detail, and location of the tattoo. Please prepare accordingly. If you have a strict budget please communicate it and the work may be completed over sessions to accommodate.

DESIGN POLICY
-
Designs are not available for review prior to your appointment.
-
You will not see your custom design until your appointment.
-
There will at minimum be an outline drawing prepared for you to see and review in person, unless there are additional details or clarifying questions that have not been addressed and are needed to be answered prior to completion of the design.

We always plan to have 15-30 minutes before the tattoo for any design adjustments. Larger and significant adjustments may be requested, but may incur an additional re-draw fee.

If you change your design entirely, it is possible that you may forfeit your deposit and a new appointment may be required to be scheduled as needed.

ON TIME POLICY
-
Please research your travel route ahead of time to avoid arriving late to your appointment.

With scheduling an appointment You agree to be on time within your means to your appointment.
-
It is your responsibility to notify of any pending tardiness as soon as possible.
-
If you are longer that 30 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A "No Call, No Show" is assumed if no contact is made within a half hour of the scheduled appointment start time.
-
If you "No Call, No Show" you will be invoiced and billed for 50% of the scheduled services and forfeit your deposit.

FLASH POLICY
-
All Flash (Pre-Drawn) designs are to be tattooed as is. (changes in lettering content are the only exception)

Flash designs may only be flipped direction or resized.

You may not alter flash designs. If you wish to do so, you will be required to pay for your appointment at the custom tattoo price, including re-drawing time.

RE-DRAW RATE POLICY
-
Depending on the details of the re-draw, an additional fee may be charged according to the complexity of the re-draw. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, refunds are never available. You reserve the right to request changes and adjustments before agreeing to get tattooed.

TOUCH UPS. In the event your tattoo has a healing inconsistency and requires a touch up, it will be handled on a case by case basis. One (1) touch up per tattoo within the first 3-6 months of the original session is complimentary unless otherwise caused by negligence or lack of proper care. All aftercare instructions will be provided and you will be expected to follow them explicitly, or void your complimentary touch-up. Additional touch ups will incur a touch up fee. Complimentary touch ups are excluded from areas of high friction prone to fallout, such as hands, fingers and feet.

We reserve the right to turn down your tattoo idea if it's something we do not want to work on. Any coercion or pushy behavior will not be tolerated. Your artist reserves the right to end a working relationship at any time for any reason.

You also reserve the right to say no to a design if you choose to not get tattooed, THAT IS OKAY. It's your body after all, any deposit may be forfeited if a custom design is abandoned, cannot be changed or altered to your satisfaction, or agreed upon. You understand that by forfeiting a design it may be used to be tattooed on another person.

NO CHILDREN. A tattoo shop is no place for anyone under the age of 18. Please plan accordingly.

DO NOT BRING AN ENTOURAGE. In order to provide you with the best possible tattoo experience we ask that you do not bring multiple friends or guests with you who are not getting tattooed. Any guests will be asked to remain in the waiting area and if there are distractions to the process they will be asked to leave during your session. Tattooing requires uninterrupted focus and distractions will not be tolerated.

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. These impair your judgement and you are required to disclose on the waiver prior to your session that you are not under the influence of any substances. They may also affect your tattoo session. Failure to follow this policy will waive responsibility of your artist of any consequences associated with substance use, including but not limited to, affects to the tattoo itself.

ALL TATTOO DECISIONS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. By getting tattooed you understand that it is a permanent alteration to your body. You are agreeing to the potential risks associated with getting a tattoo and accept any and all consequences associated and release the tattooer from any legal action. You have the right to alter or change the design to your preferences and alter or change the tattoo placement. Your tattoo artist will always do what is in their power to serve your requests and will follow your guidance to the best of their ability. Failure to communicate these requests will waive legal responsibility of your tattoo artist and you assume all responsibility. Once you grant permission to begin the tattoo session you agree to waive all legal responsibility. If for any reason your tattoo artist decides they are no longer comfortable completing the tattoo they reserve the right to deny the service and any deposits paid will be forfeited, and payments for any service provided will be collected.

NO FACE/GENITAL TATTOOS. Period. No exceptions.

CONSULTATIONS. Are always recommended, especially for new clients. In person consultations are preferred, but virtual consultations are available over Zoom where needed. There is no better way to understanding what your tattoo vision is than having a one on one conversation. All virtual consultations - via Zoom / Email / Booking Form, etc, require a deposit to be paid in full for any conversation threads extending beyond 10 messages.

THIS IS A SAFE SPACE. All bodies are welcome. Safety and comfort within our means during your tattoo session are our top priority. If at any time you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, or have any requests that need attention, it is your responsibility to communicate it to your tattoo artist. Pasties and Privacy screens are provided as needed. If you would prefer a private session please let your artist know, that can be accommodated during special business hours.
